Sticky Planner Privacy Policy

Product: Sticky Planner, the iPad app and its Home Screen widgets (the "App")

1. Summary

Sticky Planner does not collect your personal data. Everything you put in the App stays on your iPad. The App has no account or sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking, and it does not send your planner content to us or to anyone else.

2. What Stays on Your Device

The App stores the following only on your iPad, inside the App and the App Group it shares with its own Home Screen widgets:

• your planner content: weekly plans, activities, notes, stickers, colors, and settings;
• an address or phone number, if you choose to add one to an activity;
• planner pages, journal entries, mood boards, and Apple Pencil drawings;
• images you choose to add as your own stickers.

We cannot see, access, or recover this data. Deleting the App deletes it from your iPad. If you use iCloud or device backups, Apple may include this data in your backup under Apple’s own terms.

3. Photos and Files

When you add your own sticker, you pick a single image from Photos or the Files app using Apple’s system pickers. The App only receives the image you pick, and saves a copy on your iPad. It does not browse or read the rest of your library.

When you share a mood board, the App can save it to your photo library if you ask it to. For this it asks for add-only access to Photos, which lets it add images but not read your library.

4. Sharing

Mood boards (as images) and day journals (as PDFs) are only shared when you tap share, using the iOS share sheet. Where they go from there (Photos, Files, AirDrop, Messages, other apps, or print) is your choice, and the privacy policy of that destination applies. Tapping a phone number on an activity hands it to your device to place the call.

5. Subscription and Payments

Sticky Planner is unlocked with an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes the purchase, and we never receive your name, payment details, or Apple Account information. The App checks your subscription status with Apple’s StoreKit on your device and keeps that status in the App Group so the widgets can show your planner. Purchases are covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

6. Children

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

7. Updates to This Policy

If the App’s data handling changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
