Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 25, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Romeo, the desktop application sold by LH Creative Diversified Enterprises LLC through lhcreative.studio.

1. All Sales Are Final

Romeo is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete.

2. Refunds Issued by Polar

Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar may, at its own discretion, issue a refund within 60 days of purchase under its own policies (for example, to prevent a chargeback). If Polar refunds your order, your access to Romeo downloads and updates for that purchase may be revoked.

3. Your Rights Under Applicable Law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under consumer protection laws that apply to you and cannot be waived.

4. Before You Buy

Romeo requires an existing Hermes setup and runs on macOS and Windows. Please review the Romeo product page and our Terms of Service before purchasing.
