Provider: LH CREATIVE DIVERSIFIED ENTERPRISES LLC ("we," "us," or "our")

Product: Night Sky UI Kit and its individual components (the "Kit")

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Kit, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Kit.

2. Use of the Kit

Once your payment is complete, the Kit is yours to use freely. You may use it in any personal or commercial project, including client work, as many times as you like, and modify it however you want.

3. No Redistribution

The Kit is free to use upon payment but not free to distribute. You may not resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the Kit or its source files on their own, including as part of another UI kit, template, or component library.

4. No Warranty

THE KIT IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LH CREATIVE DIVERSIFIED ENTERPRISES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE KIT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE KIT.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
